Soccer Holdings, LLC is the parent company of Louisville City FC (USL Championship) and Racing Louisville FC (NWSL). Both clubs play at the state-of-the-art Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood and train at the nearby Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Since its launch in 2015, Louisville City FC has built a championship pedigree, securing back-to-back USL titles in 2017 and 2018. Racing Louisville FC joined the NWSL as an expansion team in 2021, marking the return of top-tier professional sports to Kentucky for the first time in nearly half a century. Soccer Holdings continues to elevate the sport’s presence in the region, fostering a passionate soccer culture in Louisville.

The Account Executive, Membership Services, drives season ticket revenue through retention and new sales for Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with members, delivering exceptional service, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow the Club's membership base.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for driving membership sales and renewals for both clubs through outbound efforts, networking, and events.
- Responsible for relocation and upgrade process for season ticket members on an annual basis.
- Manages order fulfillment, account servicing, and CRM tracking in collaboration with ticket operations.
- Delivers exceptional customer service, supports fan engagement initiatives, and develops strong relationships with members.
- Assists with gameday ticketing operations, promotional events, and sponsorship activations.
- Continuously meets or exceeds sales goals while acting as a community and corporate ambassador for the Club.
- Work Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC home games.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
SCHEDULE:
This full-time position will require work during evenings and weekends for Louisville City FC & Racing Louisville FC home games and stadium events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Experience in ticket sales or an outbound call environment; sports industry experience preferred.
- Comfortable with cold calling and similar outbound sales methods.
- Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to fulfill the schedule requirements of the position, including working nights and weekends during home matches and special events.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check.
- Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the US.
This role is hourly-based compensation of $19/hour + commissions.
