JOB TITLE: Assistant Director, Ticketing (Chicago Stars FC)

FLSA STATUS: Exempt
COMPENSATION: $85,000 - $115,000 base salary USD and eligible for discretionary sales incentive plan

The Chicago Stars FC are Chicago’s ambassador to the global sport of football. Under new ownership, the Club is on the cusp of tremendous growth and expansion. The Club is laying the foundation for an audacious and ambitious vision that will transform the brand and the company in the coming years.
The Assistant Director of Ticketing will be responsible for delivering the organization's revenue targets for Ticket Sales across all major ticket products, including Season Tickets, Groups, Premium, and Single Game Tickets. The Assistant Director will be tasked with building the Ticketing Sales & Service function to support the club’s growth under new ownership. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for recruiting and managing the Ticket Sales staff to achieve revenue goals. This role will be accountable for achieving measurable financial results for their team through developing a sales team and their abilities in prospecting, proposal development, presenting, and closing new business.
