QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Soccer skills and strategies.
- Experience coaching and/or playing Soccer.
- Willingness to work with High School students.
- Basic knowledge of first aid.
- Ability to interact with students to encourage each individual to perform at their highest level.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Has overall responsibility for a sub/related program (JV team for example) which includes planning and supervising practices and games independently.
- Assists Head Coach with other responsibilities as directed.
- Similar time commitment as Head Coach.
- Off-season expectations include strength training and conditioning, league participation of players, team meetings, travel to tournaments, practices, etc.
