At Inter Miami CF we’re looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to support the Director of Guest Services in all aspects of the guest experience at Chase Stadium events, in Fort Lauderdale. As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in preparing for and executing events such as Inter Miami CF matches, international friendlies, and other special events. You will also support the department’s transition to our new home at Miami Freedom Park in 2026. As a Coordinator, you will assist with administrative tasks including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, payroll, and employee retention for part-time Fan Ambassadors and Supervisors. You will work closely with facility staff to ensure Chase Stadium remains guest- and partner-ready at all times. This role requires someone proactive, highly organized, and an excellent communicator.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of part-time Guest Experience staff for Chase Stadium & Miami Freedom Park.
• Support the Guest Services Team in the development, operation and execution of employee training.
• Facilitate employee incentive program and attendance tracking system.
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate in-game fan experiences.
• Hire, train, and manage department interns as necessary.
• Work closely with Membership Services to oversee and operate our Season Ticket Member Loyalty Program.
• Assist the Sales & Service team with execution of community and season ticket member related events.
• Support the Manager of Fan Engagement & Strategy with supporter group related events, projects, and event day operations.
• Research and identify new methods to enhance the guest experience at Chase Stadium & Miami Freedom Park.
• Assist with employee scheduling as necessary, ranging from 100+ gameday staff members
• Work with management to provide pre & post-game information to a group of 10-15 event supervisors.
• Represent the department in collaborative event planning discussions.
• Provide event support, as needed, for corporate events taking place at Chase Stadium & Miami Freedom Park.
• Able to master stadium policies and properly communicate them to guests.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of employee uniforms, wristbands, & credentials.
• Monitor the guest services email and assist with correspondence to guest seeking information related to upcoming events.
• Act as the Guest Services MOD for Chase Stadium & Miami Freedom Park events.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities at once, while executing at a high level.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Comfort with public speaking.
• Internship experience in the fields of Operations, Events, Guest Experience, or similar areas preferred.
• Previous experience working in a Guest Experience capacity at a stadium, arena, or similar venue
• Familiarity with HR/Payroll Software (Paylocity or ABI)
• Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
