General Manager, Chattanooga Red Wolves SC

The Chattanooga Red Wolves SC are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the business operations of our growing professional soccer club. This key leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, overseeing ticket sales and marketing, managing/overseeing stadium operations, and aligning our youth academy, camps, and clinics to support long-term sustainability.        • Revenue Generation: Lead strategies across sponsorships, ticket sales, merchandise, and youth programming to support and offset first-team expenses.

       • Business & Fan Development: Grow the club’s presence through innovative business strategies and fan engagement initiatives.

       • Ticket Sales & Fan Experience: Oversee ticketing strategy, group sales, and promotions to maximize attendance and fan satisfaction.

       • Youth Programming: Align our academy, camps, and clinics with business goals to generate income and expand the club’s reach.

       • Stadium & Game Day Operations: Manage all aspects of match day execution, vendor coordination, staffing, and stadium profitability.

       • Marketing & Community Relations: Build and execute marketing campaigns that elevate the Red Wolves brand and connect with fans and sponsors.

       • Club Operations: Oversee budgets, staffing, and day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth and efficient club performance.

       • 3+ years of experience in sports or team management 

       • Demonstrated success in revenue generation and business operations

       • Strong leadership and communication skills

       • Familiarity with youth soccer structure and community programming is a plus

       • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and match days
