Head Girls' Soccer Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Girls Soccer Coach to lead and develop our girls’ soccer program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soccer, an understanding of coaching strategies, and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training sessions to enhance player skills and understanding of the game.
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among players.
• Plan and manage game strategies and make in-game adjustments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
• Monitor athlete performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment during practices and games.
• Organize team events, including practices, games, and team meetings.
• Manage equipment and ensure compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in coaching soccer at the high school level or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
• First Aid and CPR certification, CT Coaching Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Background check clearance.
