Job Summary
University Middle School at ETSU is searching for a Middle School Girls Soccer Head Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the middle school soccer program. This includes not only individual and team skill development, but also character development and providing direction to student-athletes so that they might improve as players and develop an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork in soccer. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership in player and staff development, sportsmanship, integrity, and character development. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills. The Head Coach will be expected to attend all practices, games, and team events. The coach will be expected to coordinate practice times, schedules, games, and transportation with athletics directors. The coach will also be expected to operate under all TSSAA , ETSU , and Washington County rules and regulations. The Head Coach will report directly to Athletics Directors and school administration. Required Qualifications
Previous high school-aged soccer coaching experience.
