Program Director Position:  Soccer Shots Northeast PA

The position will require 35 – 45 hours per week, depending on the season  
  
The right candidate will start as a general assistant for Soccer Shots in the Northeast PA Area.
  
Responsibilities: 
  
  • Coaching – the expectation is 10-20 sessions per week 
  
  • Customer Service – Assisting the Regional Director with Parent and Director (school admins) support via phone and email.
  
  • Marketing - Assisting with Flyer creation, Drop-offs, and School season set-ups. Professional Social Media or marketing experience is a plus. 
  
  • Hiring/Recruiting: Assisting the Director of Coaching with the hiring of new coaches, training, evaluations, and scheduling.  
  
  • Managing Coaches: Assisting with equipment, schedule, substitutions, and other coach-related tasks.   
  
  • General Assisting – Assisting the Regional Director with all tasks related to the success of our program across Soccer Shots Binghamton and Northeast PA.
  
  • Meetings: Minimum 1x/week meeting with the Leadership Team (Director of Coaching, Coaching Coordinator, and Regional Director).
  
Experience/Requirements: 
Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8) and contribute to a winning team.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's License. 
High School Diploma (College degree in sports management, marketing, business or similar field is an added plus)
Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check 
Somewhat Flexible Schedule but Available between 9 am-7 pm Monday-Friday and Saturday Mornings.

Starting Salary: $32,000-$40,000 Annually based on experience
