We’re hiring a scrappy, consistnt and detail-oriented Personal Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to work directly with a business owner and Executive Director across multiple ventures day to day.
This role will be based out of our Memphis office and will play a vital part in supporting the Executive Director with the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of multiple businesses, including Soccer Shots, other entrepreneurial and non-profit ventures. This role will also lead all marketing logistics, social media coordination, and help execute various community initiatives and events for multiple businesses.
This role will be based out of our Memphis office and will play a vital part in supporting the Executive Director with the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of multiple businesses, including Soccer Shots, other entrepreneurial and non-profit ventures. This role will also lead all marketing logistics, social media coordination, and help execute various community initiatives and events for multiple businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage calendar, meetings, and all communications for the Executive Director
- Coordinate logistics for business initiatives and maintain project tracking
- Organize documents, prepare agendas, and assist with travel planning
- Provide support with daily administrative and operational needs
- Prepare materials, reports, and assist with. KPI tracking
- Run errands and manage daily office needs
Marketing & Social Media
- Coordinate content scheduling and posting across social platforms
- Manage and assist with the Executive Director’s social presence
- Create marketing materials, digital graphics, signage, and sales emails
- Deliver and post yard signs, postcards, and printed materials all over the areas we serve
- Track engagement and report campaign performances
- Help plan and staff community marketing events and school visits for Soccer Shots
- Help with sponsorship outreach, proposal development
Operational Support
- Contact and schedule marketing visits with Soccer Shots partner schools to ensure quality
- Provide logistics support for operations teams
- Route inbound inquiries to the appropriate business or person
- Support new business ventures and nonprofit involvement of Executive Director
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with social media and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive locally
- Positive attitude, self-starter, and detail-oriented
