Premium Clubs Supervisor, Allianz Field

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Premium Clubs Supervisor to join our premium team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests. You will assist the Premium Coordinator with supervision of the premium bar and kitchen operations.

Delaware North operates the food and retail services at Allianz Field, the state-of-the-art home of Major League Soccer’s Minnesota United. The 19,400-seat venue opened in 2019. The stadium features four clubs, 22 suites, a variety of concession outlets and a large brew pub — stretching the width of the field.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.
• Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting associate counseling sessions including verbal and written corrective action reports.
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume.
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs.
• Lead volunteer and hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties.
• Ensure venue is adequately stocked with all product and supplies needed for service.
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
• Greet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to work weekend nights and occasional weekday nights.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Superior organization and guest service skills are required.
• Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages. 
• Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations to maintain the guest’s goodwill.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time.                        
• Possible exposure to high volume of noise.
