2026 Part-Time Premium Services Representative

Red Bull New York (“RBNY”) are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS) and one of the league’s ten original charter clubs. Founded in 1996, RBNY has competed in MLS since its inception. RBNY’s First Team plays its home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey and its Second Team plays its home matches at Montclair State University. RBNY are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull GmbH, after which the team is named.

RBNY’s First Team is a three-time MLS Supporters’ Shield winner and a two-time Conference Champion, while the Second Team is the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro Champion. RBNY also operates one of the nation’s premier youth soccer development programs, spanning local partnerships across New York and New Jersey. RBNY’s Academy is ranked among the top development organizations in the country.

POSITION SUMMARY

Premium Services Representatives are the face of The New York Red Bulls and Sports Illustrated Stadium. They provide game day customer service to all guests including our premium members and partners. As a Premium Services Representative, you should always be able to provide accurate information about the arena, have a natural sense of empathy, and express an inner desire to help others have a more positive experience. You will assist fans in all ways possible. Together we will champion the goal of providing the best game day experience in the New York Tri-State area!

Engage with fans and provide accurate information about Red Bull New York and Sports Illustrated Stadium

Provide a high level of customer service

Problem-solve by effectively communicating with guests and manager

Have high energy when engaging fans and directing them to their proper hospitality areas

Present a neat and tidy appearance while following our uniform standards

Welcome and acknowledge all guests, scan tickets, apply designated wristbands/credentials all in a timely, efficient and professional manner

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Flexible; you will work unusual hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays

A commitment to work at least 70% of our 2026 Season Home Schedule & Stadium Events

Will endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions sometimes require outdoor work

Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.

The hourly rate for this position is $25/ hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.
