The Beebe School District is accepting applications for a dynamic and student-centered educator to serve as 7th Grade Volleyball Head Coach/Assistant Junior High Volleyball Coach and Head High School Girls Soccer Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will also teach in an area aligned with district needs, with potential assignments in History or Physical Education. Qualifications

• Valid Arkansas teaching license in the appropriate content area.
• Coaching experience in volleyball and/or soccer preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, and staff.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to fostering academic success, sportsmanship, and character development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Head Coach for 7th Grade Volleyball and assist with the Junior High Volleyball program.
• Lead and develop the High School Girls Soccer program.
• Plan, organize, and supervise practices, competitions, and off-season activities.
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with district and athletic department personnel to support student success.
• Fulfill all teaching responsibilities in the assigned academic area.

Contract Information

• Full-time certified position.
• Coaching supplements and extended contract days provided according to district salary schedules and coaching assignments.
• Reports to the Building Principal and Athletic Director.
