The Account Executive, Membership Services, is responsible for generating revenue through the retention and sale of season ticket memberships for Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC. This role focuses on building strong relationships with members, delivering exceptional service, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow the Club’s membership base.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with hourly base pay plus commission eligibility.
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings during home games and special events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Responsible for driving membership sales and renewals for both clubs through outbound efforts, networking, and events.
- Responsible for the relocation and upgrade process for season ticket members on an annual basis.
- Manages order fulfillment, account servicing, and CRM tracking in collaboration with ticket operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, support fan engagement initiatives, and develop strong relationships with members.
- Assists with gameday ticketing operations, promotional events, and sponsorship activations.
- Continuously meets or exceeds sales goals while acting as a community and corporate ambassador for the Club.
- Other duties and projects assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Experience working in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Experience working with ticketing software and CRM systems preferred.
- Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to fulfill the schedule requirements of the position, including working nights & weekends during home matches and special events.
