The Account Executive, Ticket Sales will be responsible for generating revenue by prospecting and selling individual, corporate, group, and partial plan ticket packages for both Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC. This role focuses on building new business relationships, driving ticket sales, and contributing to overall club revenue goals.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with hourly base pay plus commission eligibility.
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings during home games and special events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Responsible for generating ticket sales revenue for both clubs through multiple sales methods, including cold calling, in-person appointments, and networking.
- Seeks creative and innovative ways to sell ticket inventory, including season, group, individual, and premium ticket packages.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Meet a daily minimum of touch point quotas as assigned by the Senior Director of Ticket Sales.
- Record all activity and sales pipeline details in the CRM system.
- Identifies and prospects new sales opportunities, including cross-selling different ticket products.
- Follows through on leads and referrals; maintains details of individual, group, and other packages available.
- Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through creative means including but not limited to networking events, in-match visits, and outside meetings.
- Work Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC home games to assist with gameday duties related to ticketing, group experiences, and sponsorship activation, as assigned.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Minimum two years’ work experience working in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience working with ticketing software and CRM systems preferred.
- Must be comfortable making cold calls to customers.
- Ability to fulfill the schedule requirements of the position, including working nights & weekends during home matches and special events.
- Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
