Soccer Shots is looking for energetic, creative individuals who enjoy working with children and performing in front of an audience. This role is perfect for people interested in theatre, acting, education, or performance-based work who want a flexible and fun part-time job.

Our coaches are not just teaching soccer. They bring “Soccer Island” to life through storytelling, imagination, and expressive coaching that keeps children engaged and excited.

What We Offer

Training
 We provide paid training that teaches the Soccer Shots curriculum, child development basics, and engaging performance-based coaching techniques that help you confidently lead groups of young children.

Flexibility
 We schedule sessions around your availability and place you at locations close to you. Availability can change season to season (winter, spring, summer, fall).

Creative Expression
 Our sessions are interactive and imaginative. Coaches use storytelling, characters, voices, movement, and humor to engage children and create memorable experiences. Many coaches enjoy this role as a way to develop theatre, acting, presentation, or performance skills.

The Role

Lead engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2 to 8
 Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and performance energy to every session
 Set up and clean up equipment before and after classes
 Use Soccer Shots’ curriculum while adding personality and creativity to sessions
 Encourage character development through positive reinforcement
 Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for every child
 Communicate with parents, teachers, and staff professionally

Qualifications

Passion for working with children
 Energetic, expressive, and engaging personality
 Interest in theatre, acting, education, or performance is a plus
 Reliable transportation
 Ability to stand, run, and demonstrate simple soccer skills
 Safety-focused and responsible
 No prior coaching experience required – we train you
