Assistant Director of Youth Development

Sporting Charlotte FC is recruiting for an Assistant Director of Player Development starting February 1st, 2027. The successful candidate will show confidence and competence in organizing and leading training sessions. They will also demonstrate a passion for developing youth soccer players as well as a willingness to grow and learn as a coach. 

About Sporting Charlotte FC):

Sporting Charlotte FC (founded 2023) is a club local to Charlotte, North Carolina that specializes in boys youth soccer. We offer competitive soccer at multiple levels including local and national leagues. We believe a structured player development model that is consistent across all teams and age groups is vital for player growth. By limiting our club size (max 2 teams per age group) we have been able to create an environment of competition and development which is planned and delivered by our full time staff who continue to strive for improvement. Our model is different to most clubs due to our commitment to 2 teams per age group and no more which allows for a more rigorous and competitive approach to tryouts and the player selection process. Applicants must be a US resident, Green card holder or on a valid working Visa.
