Open Until Filled - Coaching and developing players on the varsity team
- Overseeing the JV team and helping the coach develop skills and preparing the athletes for varsity
- Communicating with players and families consistently on schedules, changes in practices, concerns, etc.
- Working to build a relationship with the community club soccer teams
- Building a positive environment that allows students an opportunity to have fun while learning both soccer skills as well as life skills
- Managing the boys' soccer budget and communicating with the ASB advisor regularly
- Fundraising for additional equipment or needs not supplied by the athletic department
- Communication with the athletic secretary daily during the season through email or by phone
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be available for available for practices and games each weekday and some Saturdays during the season
- Current CPR/First-Aid card on file prior to the first day of coaching athletes
- Successful candidate must submit a Washington State Sexual Misconduct Disclosure and undergo state and background checks including fingerprinting a the applicant's expense
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Experience playing soccer at the High School level or beyond
- Experience coaching soccer at the High School level

Position Description: The Boys Soccer Head Coach supports the district mission by:
Terms of Employment: March 1, 2027 � April 30, 2027
Salary Range: $4,233 - $5,598, depending on experience
Benefits: Eligible employees may accrue sick leave at the rate of one (1) hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked under Washington state law. Upon working 630 hours in a school year, eligible employees may be eligible for insurance benefits through School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) which includes, medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance.
