Chicago Fire Football Club is a Major League Soccer team that was founded in 1997. Under new ownership, the Club recently returned to Chicago’s iconic Soldier Field, opened a new 50,000-square foot office in the heart of the city, and will unveil a premium state-of-the-art Performance Center in January 2025. Position Overview: 

Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a dedicated Corporate Partnerships Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the partnership marketing team in the execution and fulfillment of corporate partner agreements, assisting with internal planning and implementation of matchday and non-matchday assets. We are searching for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual who is passionate about sports marketing and committed to delivering outstanding service. The Corporate Partnerships Assistant will report to the Account Manager, Partnership Marketing.  

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and track assigned partner assets to ensure full contractual fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and execution of activation strategies aligned with partnership goals
  • Assist in executing activation plans, including activations, events, digital campaigns, and community initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in tracking systems to support effective reporting
  • Create and maintain detailed recaps, proof of performance, and case studies that highlight the execution and impact of partnership programs
  • Support year-end recap and renewal processes by compiling performance data and presentation support
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, creative, operations, ticketing) to ensure timely delivery of all partner obligations and understanding of new opportunities
  • Conduct research to support pitch and meeting briefs, providing insights on prospective partners and relevant market trends
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in sports marketing. Leverage insights to continuously enhance activation and sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve
  • Completion of other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a fast-paced or start-up environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
  • Must display a strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, including all home games (or other work events) that fall on nights, weekends, and/or holidays

 

Compensation:

  • This role offers an hourly rate of $19.00
  • This role is classified as part-time, non-exempt
