Job Title: Director of Camp Programs & Futsal Center Operations Organization: Bend FC (501c3 Nonprofit Soccer Club – Central Oregon) Reports To: ED and DOC
Job Overview
Bend FC is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and dynamic individual to serve as both Futsal Facility Manager and Camp Coordinator . This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the futsal facility while also leading the planning, organization, and execution of club camps and programming. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can manage staff, drive participation, and ensure a high-quality experience for all players, families, and clients. This position will coach up to three club teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of the futsal facility
Oversee field maintenance, repairs, and safety standards
Create programs, schedule programs, run programs, manage staff
Sales, Marketing & Growth
Develop and implement strategies to increase facility usage and program participation
Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote leagues, camps, and events
Build and maintain relationships with clients, teams, and community partners
Staff Hiring, Training & Management
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise facility staff, coaches, counselors, and interns
Manage staffing schedules to meet operational and program needs
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
Program & Camp Management
Lead planning and execution of camps, including summer camps and specialty programs
Coordinate facility programs such as Junior Soccer Stars, futsal leagues, adult leagues, team training, and rentals
Collaborate on daily camp structure and session planning
Continuously evaluate and improve programming
Create new camps, clinics and programs
Camp Operations & Administration
Manage camp enrollment, registration, and waitlists
Maintain accurate records, rosters, attendance, and contact information
Oversee timesheets and stipends for camp staff
Participate in pre-camp planning and post-camp debrief sessions
Collect and report program data and growth metrics
Communication & Customer Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, participants, and staff
Ensure timely and professional communication
Address discipline issues and resolve concerns effectively
Deliver a positive and engaging experience for all participants
Additional Duties
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by club leadership
Coach up to three club teams
Qualifications
Previous experience in facility management, program coordination, or sports administration
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
Soccer background required
USSF D License required (USSF C License preferred)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
