Director of Coaching (DOC) - Soccer Operations

Impact City FC is a mission-driven soccer club focused on spiritually developing leaders who serve their city and change the world. We are looking for a Director of Coaching to lead our Charleston location. The DOC leads all soccer operations in Charleston—developing players, discipling coaches, and driving club growth. This role sets the standard for coaching, culture, and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and disciple coaches in alignment with ICFC mission and values

Oversee player development and training environments

Coach 1–2 teams

Recruit and develop coaching staff

Lead tryouts, team formation, and program growth

Ensure high parent satisfaction and strong club culture

What We’re Looking For

Strong alignment with faith-based mission and leadership values

Coaching and/or soccer leadership experience

Proven ability to lead, develop, and grow teams

Strong communication and organizational skills

Willing to live in or relocate to Charleston, SC
