Position Description
U.S. Soccer is looking for an Educator Developer – Coach Education Pathway (C to A License) to lead the development and delivery of high-quality coaching education programs. This role is responsible for developing end-to-end curriculum of US Soccer’s C to A Licenses, developing highest quality Coach Educators, and ensuring alignment with the ‘US Way’ methodology. The ideal candidate is an experienced coach, educator, and strategic thinker, committed to raising standards and advancing the game across the country.
This individual will report into the Director of Coaching Education and work closely with the Coaching Education Technical and Operational team members, Sporting Technical Leaders, and Coach Educators to drive innovation, consistency, and excellent in U.S. Soccer’s Coaching Education Pathway.
