QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Has the ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
2. Has previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport. (Major sports)
Prior Coaching experience and/or Soccer experience preferred.

- Strong communication skills
- NFHS or MIAA coaching certifications preferred
