NJ/NY Gotham FC (“Gotham FC” or “the Club”) is a National Women’s Soccer League (“NWSL”) team representing New Jersey and New York. The team plays at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, NJ. The Role:
Gotham FC is seeking Fan Experience Team Members who will report to the Senior Manager, Fan Service, Experiences, and Operations. The successful candidates will have experience in customer service and will thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment. They will have a strong passion for women’s sports, the ability to work non-traditional hours, and be people oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team in executing fan experience packages during home matches including, but not limited to the fan experience related to: pre-game photos, the player procession, ball kids, and the half-time scrimmage.
- Distribute wristbands to participants, and escort groups to fan experience locations.
- Communicate with the fan experience group leaders to ensure fan experience packages are executed enjoyably, accurately, and safely.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and/or sales related positions.
- Knowledge of soccer matches is preferred.
- Detail oriented and problem solver.
- Available for Gotham FC 2026 season home matches, which includes time periods from pre-match to post-match.
Capability & Other Characteristics:
- People-oriented, friendly, and energetic.
- Comfortable interacting with large numbers of new people.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Location:
Sports Illustrated Stadium, potential needed for other stadium locations across the tri-state area.
