Hi! We’re Stronger Youth Brands, headquarters for Soccer Shots (US) and Little Kickers (UK) youth enrichment franchise brands. We’re seeking a creative and high-performing Franchise Marketing Manager to:
- support the effectiveness of our marketing team’s output (via project management); AND
- enhance our franchise communities’ local marketing efforts through developing and delivering local marketing strategies, content and training.
Why is this role important to us? Our marketing team drives the campaigns, assets, and strategies that help us meet families where they are. With over 600+ franchise businesses worldwide, building strong local brand awareness is essential to expanding our reach and impact.
The Franchise Marketing Manager serves as a primary marketing support contact for Franchise Partners and works closely with the broader marketing team to execute brand initiatives. This role balances day-to-day franchisee support, project management, and marketing execution.
The person in this role helps Franchise Partners use the tools, programs, and brand assets while also coordinating creative requests, managing marketing workflows, and supporting local marketing efforts. This position requires someone who can manage a high volume of requests, prioritize effectively, and keep projects moving while maintaining strong relationships with Franchise Partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Marketing Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Franchise Partners.
- Support rollout of marketing initiatives, tools, and campaigns across the franchise system.
- Support Franchise Partners in adapting national campaigns for their local markets.
- Help Franchise Partners understand and use brand marketing tools, templates, and programs.
- Local Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in developing and maintaining local marketing calendars that align with seasonal campaigns and program priorities.
- Research, establish, and support local-level partnerships, vendors, or promotional opportunities.
- Develop and update local-level marketing how-to guides, playbooks, and training materials.
- Guide Franchise Partners on local digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, and local listings.
- As needed, capture photo and video content to support marketing efforts across social, email, and digital channels.
- Marketing Team Project Management & Operations Liaison
- Provide project management & oversight of all external marketing requests and queries, including managing project details and timelines.
- Maintain visibility into project workload and clearly communicate timelines and expectations.
- Act as liaison between the Marketing team and other departments, to bridge processes and ease collaboration.
- Work closely with marketing leadership and the Operations Teams to ensure Franchise Partner needs are understood and addressed.
- Act as Franchise Level Marketing SME for all SYB Brands
- Act as the SME for all franchisees across the network.
- Train and educate franchise community (in-person & online, 1:1, in groups at training events) on successful execution of marketing campaigns & initiatives, and brand compliance.
- Stay informed of best practices in marketing, specifically in the youth sports/enrichment and franchising industries.
- Identify common challenges or requests and help improve tools, templates, and processes to better support the network.

- A 30-minute video call with the HR department (Microsoft Teams)
- A "virtual" Q&A (we'll send you questions to upload audio-recorded responses)
- A 1-hour video call with the Director, Marketing & Communications (Microsoft Teams)
- A 2-hour in-person “Team Interview” in our Middletown, PA office.
We're seeking a hard-working, team player with:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, franchise support, account management, or related role
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (including marketing, communications, business management & advertising, etc.)
- Strongly Preferred: experience working in a multi-location or franchise environment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including general SQL knowledge
- Professional curiosity and the ability to leverage working knowledge for better success
- Customer service mentality, proactive & professional communication
- Tech savviness
- Efficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in capturing content for social media (basic photography and video)
- Collaborative and creative problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detailed, even at a fast pace
- Ability to grow – accepts new challenges, and improves from feedback
