POSITION: Freshman Boys Soccer Coach

REPORTS TO: Athletic Director and Building Principal

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous coaching experience preferred
• Philosophy consistent with Williamston High School’s educational goals
• Able to take direction and make mature decisions
• Flexible schedule, available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to work effectively with young student-athletes
• Sport Specific Knowledge
• Leadership qualities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assume responsibilities associated with the role of a coach
• Organize and conduct practices during the season
• Communicate effectively and as directed with coaches and Athletic Director
• Provide leadership
• Be supportive of high school academic, behavioral, and building policies
• Supervision of athletes

SALARY: Per Master Agreement

STARTING DATE: 26-27 Boys Soccer Season
