Girls Varsity Soccer Head Coach

The District is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Girls Varsity Head Soccer Coach to lead our high school soccer program. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about soccer and committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Compensation: $4,078.35 per year (stipend)

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the varsity girls soccer program, including practices, games, and team development
  
• Develop individualized and team training plans to improve technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall performance
  
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and student growth
  
• Mentor student-athletes in discipline, leadership, and personal development
  
• Collaborate with assistant coaches, athletic staff, and school administration to ensure a successful program
  

Qualifications / Experience

• Proven experience coaching soccer at the high school or competitive level
  
• Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and conditioning programs
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  
• Commitment to student development, integrity, and fostering a positive athletic culture
