Head of Sales – Diaza Sportswear

Diaza Sportswear is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy and accelerate growth across the sports industry. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key partnerships, and building a scalable sales operation that supports the company's expansion goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales leadership, business development, or sports partnerships, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and build lasting relationships with clubs, academies, schools, leagues, and other sports organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Generate new business opportunities and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clubs, academies, teams, leagues, and sports organizations.
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate partnership, sponsorship, and apparel supply agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention.
  • Represent Diaza Sportswear at industry events, tournaments, and networking opportunities.
  • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working within sports, apparel, or related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
