Description

The HR Generalist will support a variety of human resources functions with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration. This role will primarily assist with gameday hiring and onboarding efforts while also supporting compensation, benefits, and general HR operations across the Club. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced professional sports environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Support recruitment efforts for gameday and entry to mid-level positions across the Club 
  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers 
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process 
  • Assist with the offer and onboarding process for new hires 
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including paperwork, scheduling, orientation, and gameday readiness 
  • Ensure onboarding documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time 
  • Assist with benefits administration and compensation-related processes 
  • Maintain employee, recruiting, and onboarding records within HR systems 
  • Support HR projects, hiring events, community recruiting initiatives, and gameday staffing efforts as needed 
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team 
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Human Resources, Business, Sports Management, or related field 
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or related support roles 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred 
  • Interest in sports and working in a collaborative team environment
