Position Summary  

The HR and Legal teams at Bay FC are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented intern to assist with confidential HR and legal matters and departmental projects across the organization. This 10-week, part-time internship (12-20 hours per week) will be based in our San Francisco office on Tuesday and Thursdays, with occasional evening and weekend event support, from June 9 through August 14.

Responsibilities 

  • Support daily operations within the HR and Legal departments.
  • Complete department-specific projects and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in cohort-wide meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed on people- and/or legal-related initiatives.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student or law student in human resources, business, pre-law, sports management, or related field.
  • Strong interest in law, human resources, or people operations, ideally within sports or entertainment.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Required to work occasional evenings and match days (schedule below).
  • Well-organized, self-starting, hard-working, detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable.
  • High-level communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
  • Thrives in a team environment.
  • Passionate about Bay FC, women's soccer, and women's sports, and willing to continue learning and supporting the organization's mission, values, and goals.

Compensation: 
The compensation for this role starts at $20/hour.

Wednesday, July 29: Bay FC vs. Gotham FC, 7pm 

Saturday, August 1: Bay FC vs. Seattle Reign, 5:45pm 

Sunday, August 23: Bay FC vs. Houston Dash, 3pm
