Junior High Girls' Soccer Coach
The Junior High Girls Soccer Coach is responsible for providing leadership and instruction to student-athletes in a positive, safe, and educational environment while promoting skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, coaching games, teaching the fundamentals and strategies of soccer, supervising student-athletes during all team activities, communicating effectively with players, parents, and school staff, collaborating with the high school coaching staff to ensure consistency in player development and program expectations, maintaining a working knowledge of and adhering to all applicable PIAA, league, and school district rules and regulations, promoting academic accountability and good character, maintaining equipment and program organization, and serving as a positive role model who fosters respect, discipline, and a commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
