About Diaza Sportswear Diaza Sportswear is a growing, founder-led sportswear company providing custom uniforms, teamwear, training apparel, fanwear, and complete apparel programs to sports organizations across the U.S. and internationally. We work across multiple sports, from youth clubs and academies to schools, universities, leagues, professional organizations, and professional teams. The Opportunity We are looking for a Junior Team Sales Representative who is hungry to build a career in sports sales. This is a highly performance-driven position. We want someone competitive, energetic, persistent, professional, and comfortable creating opportunities instead of waiting for them. You don't need to have spent ten years in the industry. You do need to have the personality, work ethic, confidence, and desire to sell. What You'll Do ● Develop new business with sports organizations. ● Build relationships with coaches, directors, athletic directors, club owners, administrators, and other decision-makers. ● Present Diaza uniforms, training apparel, teamwear, fanwear, team stores, and apparel programs. ● Prospect and establish new customer relationships. ● Conduct sales calls, presentations, meetings, and customer visits. ● Consistently follow up with prospective customers. ● Learn how to negotiate and close team apparel opportunities. ● Grow relationships into recurring business. ● Represent Diaza at tournaments, showcases, conventions, and industry events. ● Travel when required. ● Maintain strong communication with customers and Diaza's internal team.
