Full-Time | Early Childhood Soccer Development Center

KidsUnited is the leading brand in early childhood development through soccer. Our unique training method helps children ages 1.5 to 9 years old develop physical, personal, intellectual, and social skills using soccer as the primary educational tool. As a Head Coach & Club Manager, you will play a dual role: leading high‑quality coaching experiences for young children while also managing the center’s operations, team, and membership growth.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about child development, energized by coaching, and excited to lead a team, drive sales, and create an exceptional family experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coaching & Curriculum Delivery
Coach fun, engaging, developmentally appropriate classes for children ages 1.5–9.

Follow the KidsUnited curriculum and uphold program standards.

Support children’s growth by developing body mastery, soccer coordination, confidence, and life skills.

Build positive relationships with children and parents, creating a warm and encouraging environment.

Provide daily parent feedback and maintain accurate progress records.

Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed during classes.

Assist in the ongoing design and improvement of the KidsUnited training program.

Coach 5–8 classes per week while maintaining high energy and enthusiasm.

2. Lead & Develop the KidsUnited Team
Recruit, train, and motivate a team of coaches and sales associates.

Set clear performance expectations and hold staff accountable for delivering exceptional class experiences.

Foster a culture of service, positivity, and excellence — every team member should embody the KidsUnited spirit.

Conduct ongoing training, quality control, and coaching evaluations.

Create a supportive environment where staff feel valued, inspired, and aligned with KidsUnited’s mission.

3. Drive Growth & Business Performance
Lead presale efforts to build a strong membership base before opening.

Create monthly KPIs and execute membership sales strategies to drive growth.

Analyze conversion rates, retention, and revenue to optimize performance.

Build local partnerships and implement community marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.

Maintain a family‑oriented, welcoming atmosphere for all members and visitors.

4. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
Serve as the face of the club — friendly, engaging, and highly visible to families.

Ensure every class meets KidsUnited’s high standards for energy, structure, and developmental value.

Address parent questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.

Continuously improve the customer journey from first inquiry to long‑term membership.

Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and operating at the highest standard.

5. Operational Excellence
Oversee daily club operations to ensure efficiency and growth.

Manage staff schedules, payroll, and administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with all KidsUnited processes, policies, and brand standards.

Work closely with the Owner and Franchisor to align on goals and performance.

Qualifications & Skills
Required
Experience coaching youth soccer or at least 1 year working with children plus a soccer background.

Prior leadership or management experience.

Experience in membership‑based sales or customer engagement.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Passion for working with children and families.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Excellent time management, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

High‑energy, hands‑on approach with a positive, enthusiastic presence.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Preferred
Soccer playing or coaching background.

Experience in early childhood education, youth sports, or child development.

Experience leading teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
