Summary: This position is responsible for helping to lead our Little Kickers instructional soccer program for kids ages 3-6. Instructors will teach fundamental soccer skills to participants through fun games and drills. The Little Kickers program runs for 5 Saturdays in April-May.
Essential Functions
1. Effectively utilize drills and games to provide a fun and informative experience.
2. Coach participants and offer guidance on how to improve their soccer skills.
3. Ensure participants are always in a safe environment.
4. Works as a team with other instructors and effectively communicate with participants and parents/guardians.
5. Communicate field and equipment related concerns with Youth Program Manager.

Physical Requirements
1. Ability to demonstrate physical fitness to include frequent light to occasional heavy lifting (up to 30 lbs.) standing, and walking for long periods of time, bending, pushing, and pulling.
2. Able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time and intermittently.
3. Ability to reach with hands and arms, push items overhead, occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
4. Ability to talk, hear, and see.
