Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Department: Integrated Marketing & Communications

Reports to: Director, Brand Marketing

Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator at FC Cincinnati supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive fan & community engagement, ticket sales, and brand growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns for different initiatives across the organization.
  • Continue to develop and manage the Pub Partner program, including strategy, member management, and events.
  • Continue to develop and manage the College Ambassador Program, including strategy, contract management, and event coordination.
  • Support efforts to drive new event business and data capture at grassroots events as we engage new fans (youth and college).
  • Coordinate marketing plans for theme nights, FCC Academy, MLS NEXT Pro, private events, and additional initiatives.
  • Develop and execute promotional plans to expand the FCC brand and reach new audiences.
  • Collaborate with Community Relations to build a strategy for the growth of the Kids Club program, including on-sale and pricing structure.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience (internships included)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through and quality control
  • Ability to collaborate across teams including creative, ticketing, partnerships, and communications
  • Ability to work nights and weekends at events and matches
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools a plus
  • Passion for sports, soccer, and the FC Cincinnati brand

About FC Cincinnati

FC Cincinnati is a Major League Soccer team playing at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. The club’s diverse ownership group is led by controlling owner Carl H.
