Midwest United FC North - Branch Director

Key Responsibilities

Club Leadership & Operations

Oversee the overall operation and development of the Midwest United FC North branch.

Serve as the primary leader and point of contact for the North branch.

Work closely with Midwest United FC Club Leadership to implement club-wide standards, policies, and initiatives.

Ensure the North branch operates consistently with the Midwest United FC philosophy, methodology, culture, and expectations.

Help recruit, support, mentor, and develop coaches and staff within the North branch.

Oversee the day-to-day needs and operations of the North branch.

Coaching & Player Development

Maintain an active coaching role within Midwest United FC North.

Coach teams and/or lead training sessions as assigned.

Implement the Midwest United FC player development methodology and coaching standards.

Support the continued development of players, coaches, and teams throughout the branch.

Assist with player identification, evaluations, tryouts, and pathway development.

Additional Programming & Camps

Develop, organize, and oversee additional soccer programming within the North branch.

Plan and operate seasonal camps, clinics, training programs, player development sessions, and other supplemental soccer opportunities.

Identify opportunities to provide additional programming for current Midwest United FC players as well as attract new players to the club.

Coordinate staffing, scheduling, registration, communication, and day-to-day execution of camps, clinics, and additional programming.

Work with Midwest United FC Club Leadership to develop new programs that support the club's overall growth and player development objectives.

Help maximize the use of available facilities through additional programming throughout the year.

Evaluate the success and participation of additional programs and make recommendations for future growth.

Club Growth & Development

Lead efforts to grow Midwest United FC North in player membership, teams, programming, and geographic reach.

Develop relationships with players, families, coaches, schools, community organizations, and other soccer partners.

Identify opportunities to expand programming and strengthen the club's presence within the North region.

Help establish a strong culture and identity within the branch while maintaining the overall Midwest United FC identity.

Support recruitment and retention efforts for players and coaches.

Facility Management & Development

Oversee and manage the current facilities utilized by Midwest United FC North.

Ensure facilities are properly scheduled, maintained, organized, and utilized effectively.

Coordinate facility usage for team training, games, camps, clinics, tournaments, and additional programming.

Work with Midwest United FC Club Leadership on facility needs, improvements, maintenance, and operational issues.

Identify opportunities for facility improvements, expansion, and future facility development.

Help maximize facility utilization and revenue-generating opportunities through additional programming and partnerships.

Maintain a high standard of presentation, organization, safety, and professionalism within all North branch facilities.

Club Alignment & Communication

Maintain consistent communication with Midwest United FC Club Leadership regarding branch operations, opportunities, challenges, and growth.

Ensure coaches, players, and families understand and experience the Midwest United FC standards and methodology.

Represent Midwest United FC professionally within the local soccer community.

Participate in club-wide meetings, events, initiatives, and strategic planning.

Support the implementation of club-wide initiatives and programs within the North branch.

Qualifications

Strong background in youth soccer coaching and player development.

Proven leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to manage coaches, teams, families, facilities, and day-to-day club responsibilities.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience organizing camps, clinics, training programs, or other youth soccer programming preferred.

Commitment to player development and the Midwest United FC philosophy and methodology.

Coaching licenses and/or advanced coaching education preferred.

Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the youth soccer calendar.
