Job Title: National Manager, TOCA Classes
Reports To: Sr. Director, Programs & Player Experience
Location: Dallas, TX
Hours Required: Full-Time, Exempt

About the Role
For many players, TOCA Classes represent their first meaningful experience with the sport — and those early moments matter.
We are seeking a National Manager, TOCA Classes to lead the evolution of our introductory soccer programming and ensure every young player’s first experience is inspiring, welcoming, and fun.
This role will own the development of class curriculum, support consistent execution across TOCA Centers, and drive participation and progression into TOCA’s broader training ecosystem.
Your Game Plan
Program Development & Curriculum Strategy (40%)
- Lead the development and ongoing evolution of TOCA class curriculum and structure
- Design age-appropriate, engaging programming that introduces players to the game
- Ensure curriculum aligns with TOCA’s broader player development pathway
- Continuously refine class formats based on feedback, participation trends, and performance
Field Execution & Coach Development (35%)
- Support TOCA Centers in delivering consistent, high-quality class experiences
- Train and develop class managers and coaches responsible for leading sessions
- Provide tools, resources, and guidance to ensure strong execution across all locations
- Promote best practices and consistency in coaching, structure, and player engagement
Participation Growth & Player Progression (25%)
- Monitor participation trends and identify opportunities to grow class enrollment
- Improve conversion from introductory classes into advanced TOCA training programs
- Partner with field and growth teams to increase awareness and engagement in classes
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for players and families entering TOCA
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in youth sports programming, coaching, or curriculum development
- Experience building or scaling structured training or class-based programs
- Strong understanding of player development, especially at the introductory level
- Experience training and developing coaches or instructors
- Ability to analyze participation trends and improve program performance
- Passion for soccer and creating positive first experiences for young players
