New York Soccer Club Staff Coach

New York Soccer, a club,  is looking for coaches to join our Coaching staff to work with and develop youth players in an ambitious, competitive, and fun environment.  

Staff Coach : We are looking for an energetic person passionate about working with highly skilled Zone 1 youth players and eager to help build a culture of excellence.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Coaching teams

• Planning and running training sessions

• Assisting with administrative work

• Having a charismatic personality with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and players

• Managing the performance environment by leading the development of players and teams

Notes:  Salary depends on coaching experience, background, and available hours. Performance reviews will be ongoing.

Position requirements:

1. Hold at least a USSF / United Soccer Coaches License with a view to further education and professional growth

2 Strong work ethic and organizational skills

3 Playing/coaching soccer experiences

4. Locally based coaches preferred
