    Preferred Qualifications:
     
    · High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
    · Previous coaching or competitive Soccer experience required; head coaching experience preferred.
    · Must meet VHSL coaching requirements (which may include CPR/First Aid, Concussion Training, and Coaches Education Courses).
    · Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    · Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
    · Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies.
    · Must pass background checks required by the school division.
