Premium Club Manager, Nu Stadium

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Premium Club Manager to lead a sophisticated lounge‑style hospitality experience at Nu Stadium at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will oversee premium club operations on event days, focusing on elevated food and beverage service, attentive guest engagement, and refined ambiance. You’ll guide service teams to deliver seamless, high‑touch guest experiences where comfort, atmosphere, and personalized service take center stage.

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. • Hire and train food and beverage team members in the premium club department
• Develop team members and provide ongoing job performance feedback
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the club's food and beverage team members and operations on event days
• Partner with front and back of house management to ensure event day operations are effective and a success for guests and team members
• Handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines
• Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place

• Minimum of three years' hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting
• Strong managerial and leadership ability
• Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required
• Financial management, accountability, and budgeting experience required
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• No degree required
