About the role

Elevate is hiring Retail Supervisors to support in-stadium retail execution for FIFA World Cup 2026™. This role focuses on assisting Retail Event Managers in delivering a seamless fan experience across multiple retail locations within stadium and arena environments.

Supervisors play a hands-on role in day-to-day operations: supporting staff, maintaining standards, and ensuring retail plans are executed effectively under live-event conditions.

Locations

We are hiring Supervisor roles to support FIFA World Cup 2026 operations. Each role is assigned to one host city: Toronto Vancouver.

What you'll be responsible for

Retail planning and coordination

  • Support Managers during pre-event planning activities
  • Assist with the implementation of retail layouts, merchandising plans, and staffing plans
  • Help coordinate daily operational readiness, including setup and team communication
  • Relay updates and directions from Managers to front-line staff

Inventory and merchandising

  • Assist with inventory distribution, restocking, and organization across retail locations
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to Managers
  • Execute visual merchandising standards as directed
  • Support stockroom operations and product flow

Event execution

  • Supervise retail associates during event days to ensure smooth operations
  • Support POS setup, transaction accuracy, and basic troubleshooting
  • Address routine operational or customer service issues on the floor
  • Escalate more complex issues to Managers promptly
  • Maintain a strong, fan-focused service environment

Team support

  • Provide day-to-day guidance to retail associates and temporary staff
  • Help manage breaks, rotations, and shift coverage
  • Reinforce training, policies, and service expectations
  • Support a positive, team-oriented work environment

Post-event responsibilities

  • Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation, and product handling
  • Support pack-out, transfers, and load-out activities
  • Share observations and feedback with Managers to improve operations

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, and high-volume event environments
  • Previous experience as a supervisor, team lead, or senior associate preferred
  • Comfortable working in a structured event environment
  • Comfortable working long hours in high-energy stadium environments
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Authorized to work in the United States or Canada (based on location)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, crowded environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Candidates must reside in or near the event location, or have reliable transportation and lodging
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged for fan-facing roles
  • Must have prior retail experience

Required Experience

  • Experience supporting retail operations in high-volume environments
  • Ability to supervise staff and maintain service standards during busy shifts
  • Experience with POS systems and basic transaction handling
  • Familiarity with restocking and merchandising execution
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions in live event settings

Work requirements

  • On-site role supporting FIFA World Cup stadium retail operations
  • Travel required for training and event support, including overnight stays as needed
  • Full availability required during the tournament period
