Position Description
A key member of the National Training Center (NTC) team, the Senior Manager, Facility Operations will support the Director of Facility Operations in establishing and running all operational aspects of the new facility once it is handed over. This role will focus on developing and implementing SOPs and policies, ensuring the facility functions seamlessly day-to-day, and coordinating with all internal groups to support programming, events, and staff needs.
The Senior Manager will play a critical role in the initial handoff from construction to operations, ensuring warranties, systems, and services are properly logged and transitioned, and then driving the ongoing management of the NTC’s physical environment to world-class standards.
