The ideal candidate is a self-directed, high-output seller with a proven track record in sports ticket sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growing Bay FC's footprint across the Bay Area.

Revenue Generation & Sales Execution

  • Prospect, develop, and close group ticket packages across key verticals including youth sports organizations, schools, corporate accounts, community groups, and affinity-based audiences.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets, serving as a production leader on the group sales team.
  • Manage a full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation, close, and renewal.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities into premium seating, hospitality experiences, and multi-game commitments.
  • Develop and present customized group proposals that reflect the unique goals and interests of each client.

  Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of repeat group clients, cultivating long-term relationships that drive renewals and referrals.
  • Deliver a personalized, high-touch experience for group leaders and their guests on match day and throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined book of business, ensuring continuity and a high standard of client service.

  Peer Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as an informal mentor and resource to Group Sales Representatives, sharing best practices, prospecting strategies, and client management techniques.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture by modeling strong work ethic, creative problem-solving, and professionalism.
  • Partner with the Group Sales Manager on strategy development, new vertical identification, and group programming ideas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, community relations, and game presentation to support theme nights, affinity events, and group experiences.

  Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect and client activity within CRM and ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Archtics, TIXR, or similar).
  • Manage personal pipeline with a high degree of organization and self-direction, proactively flagging revenue opportunities and risks to the Group Sales Manager.
  • Support game day execution of group experiences, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.

  Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of ticket sales or group sales experience in professional or collegiate sports required.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team culture.
  • Passion for women's soccer and familiarity with the NWSL landscape a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days as required.
