Soccer Coaches: Full-Time Operations & Part-Time Coaching

Nordic Soccer is hiring for two types of roles across our youth soccer programs in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles. Both are independent contractor positions (1099).

FULL-TIME: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR & SOCCER COACH • One full-time opening, 37 hours per week. • Guaranteed $25 per hour for all work, including operations and coaching. • Coordinate registrations, rosters, parent communication, coach schedules and coverage. • Lead youth soccer sessions, support coaches at program sites and help the founders manage day-to-day operations. • Keep program records organized and communicate clearly with families, schools and coaches.

PART-TIME: YOUTH SOCCER COACH • $50 per coaching session. • Lead structured, engaging soccer sessions for children. • Follow Nordic’s curriculum and keep players active, safe and learning. • Prepare for assigned sessions, handle equipment and communicate with the program team. • Build positive relationships with players and families.

Nordic covers or reimburses required clearance and certification costs.

For the full-time role: • Strong organization and comfort using email, spreadsheets and scheduling tools. • Ability to handle program administration and communicate with families, schools and coaches. • Availability for 37 hours per week. Full-time: guaranteed $25/hour for all duties, 37 hours/week. Part-time: $50 per coaching session. Both roles are 1099 independent contractor positions.
