General Manager — Youth Sports & Events Soccer Factory | American Dream, East Rutherford, NJ

Soccer Factory is an interactive soccer destination for kids and families. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to manage daily operations, lead our team, and deliver outstanding birthday parties and soccer experiences.

This role combines facility management, youth programming, customer service, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, confident leading staff, and comfortable taking full responsibility for the floor.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, including opening, closing, scheduling, and facility readiness.

Supervise, train, and support staff.

Coordinate birthday parties from preparation through activities, food service, and wrap-up.

Welcome families, communicate with parents, and resolve concerns professionally.

Lead soccer games, challenges, and group activities.

Keep activities organized, engaging, and safe.

Promote memberships, birthday bookings, and soccer programs.

Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and a welcoming environment.

Coordinate check-ins, waivers, payments, and event details.

Communicate operational needs and improvements to ownership.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a sports facility, camp, youth program, recreation center, or family entertainment business.

Experience managing children’s groups and communicating with parents.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several activities at once.

A calm, positive approach and sound judgment under pressure.

Soccer coaching or soccer program experience strongly preferred.

Availability to work weekends and busy event periods.

English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.

Willingness to complete a background check and provide professional references.
