The Role and What You’ll Do:

We are searching for a talented, motivated and highly detailed production Sr. Coordinator to join our event Delivery team to help in the planning of the FIFA World Cup 26™. As a Sr. Coordinator, you will be providing administrative, organizational and operational support to our various functional areas through all phases of event development including pre-planning and coordination, onsite event execution, and post-event closeout.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Administrative Support
• • Provide administrative support to the Delivery team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents and supporting email communications
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining SharePoint filing system, ensuring all event materials are easily accessible
  • Take detailed meeting notes
  • Complete expense reports
• Event Coordination:
• • Assist in tracking milestones and deliverables, and upcoming production timeline
  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of progress of various event-related tasks to ensure deadlines are met
• Team Support:
• • Provide general administrative support to ensure that all team members have the resources they need to execute their roles effectively
  • Maintain accurate and up to date Contact Lists across all Delivery Functional Areas 
  • Provide support in the onboarding process of Delivery team new hires

You Have These

• Minimum of two years in full-time event production role, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or related field, or equivalent experience required
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Smartsheet | SharePoint | Microsoft Teams
• Highly organized and process-oriented
• Attention to detail, carefully following instructions and checking work for accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Good timekeeping and work ethic that is characterized by commitment, motivation and energy

We’d Love If You Also Have These

• Prior experience with large-scale sporting events is a plus
• Flexibility and positive attitude
