The New York Red Bulls are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS). RBNY, one of the ten charter clubs of MLS, have competed in the league since its founding in 1996. The Red Bulls play home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium (SIS) in Harrison, New Jersey. The three-time MLS Supporters' Shield Winners are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull for which the team is named. The New York Red Bulls offer one of the nation's premier youth soccer development programs, from local soccer partnerships across New York and New Jersey to Regional Development Schools and the Red Bulls Academy teams.
Position Summary
The Sr. Manager, Business Solutions is the driving force behind how we position, package, and deliver our partnership assets. This role is both a strategic architect and a tactical executor—taking ideas from concept to pitch, and from contract to reality.
Working closely with the Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing teams, this person develops compelling sales materials, creates custom partner solutions, and ensures flawless execution of all marketing deliverables. Whether it’s showcasing a marquee asset, building something bespoke, crafting a jaw-dropping recap report, or unlocking value from underutilized inventory, this person knows how to make our brand—and our partners—shine.
Creative Development & Custom Ideation
- Drive big-picture thinking: build innovative, integrated partnerships and platforms tailored to market needs and trends that resonate with prospective customers.
- Repurpose existing assets and inventory into compelling, story-driven platforms that maximize monetization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Partnerships team with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing/Comms, Ops, Creative, Digital) to ensure platforms and assets are feasible, on-brand, and commercially valuable.
- Stay current on sports marketing trends to ensure development of the most innovative and market-ready platforms and assets.
- Balance creativity with brand standards—delivering new concepts that enhance the fan experience while driving revenue.
Partnership Enablement, Sales Strategy & Storytelling
- Create and continually update world-class sales materials, including one-sheets, pitch decks, sizzle videos, and proposal templates that bring inventory to life.
- Elevate materials with strong storytelling supported by data, research, and business intelligence.
- Partner with the Business Development team as the point person for ideation, research, and approvals—designing and delivering customized presentations that directly support client marketing goals and KPIs for both new business and renewals.
- Proactively develop sales tools and resources to ensure the team is always prepared to capitalize on opportunities.
- Maintain oversight of the asset tracker (available vs. committed inventory) to guide feasibility and prioritization.
Execution & Fulfillment
- Upon deal closure, manage a seamless transition to the Activation team for execution of partnership assets.
- Partner with the Activation team to support execution across all elements—from creative production and in-stadium activations to digital and experiential campaigns.
- Ensure cross-department alignment to deliver partnership commitments on time, at the highest quality.
- Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring all deliverables meet visual, experiential, and operational standards.
Reporting & Recaps
- Collaborate with the Activation team to develop impactful mid-season and end-of-season recaps showcasing value delivered through visuals, data, and storytelling.
- Work with internal teams to gather photos, metrics, testimonials, and proof points that strengthen renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Provide regular touchpoints throughout the year to keep partners engaged and demonstrate ongoing sponsorship impact.

Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified.
