Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations at City Stadium such as facility maintenance/cleanliness, game-day logistics, and event operations.
- Help oversee the food and beverage/hospitality for the Richmond Kickers and Richmond Ivy home matches and stadium events.
- This includes but is not limited to product ordering, game day staff scheduling, beverage locations setup/take down, and inventory control
- Maintain a clean and organized venue
- Serve as a liaison for stadium partners, such as landscaping, janitorial, and food trucks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Availability from March 15th, 2026 - October 31st, 2026.
- Must be available for all Richmond Kickers and Ivy home matches for the 2026 season.
- The ideal candidate is a go-getter, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- A general interest in management and food and beverage.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks.
- An excellent communicator with attention to detail and handiness.
- Prior sports and entertainment industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and
Holidays.
