TITLE: Maintenance Technician
DEPARTMENT: Stadium Operations REPORTS TO: Maintenance Manager
FLSA: Full-Time Hourly, Non-Exempt
WHAT SETS YOU APART
Orlando City SC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the Facility Operations team. The selected applicant will be required to inspect different equipment and perform basic repairs and/or preventative maintenance when required. This role supports all Orlando City SC facilities, including Inter & Co. Stadium and both Orlando Health Training Grounds at Osceola Heritage Park and Sylvan Lake Park.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct routine inspections of facilities, building systems, and equipment to identify maintenance needs
Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and facility assets
Complete basic repairs, including lighting fixtures, power outlets, and restroom components
Paint and refinish surfaces across various materials as required
Support office setups, including furniture assembly, workstation configuration, and picture hanging
Assist the Senior Maintenance Technician with complex equipment repairs and maintenance, particularly HVAC systems
Execute assigned work orders in accordance with established priorities and instructions
Work flexible shifts to support game and event operations as needed
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

Proven maintenance experience with two professional references
Outdoor maintenance experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude including disassembling equipment and replacing defective parts
Ability to read blueprints and manuals and reference parts catalogs
Proficiency with hand and power tools (hammers, drills, saws, hoists, wrenches, etc.)
Painting experience across various materials and techniques
Basic electrical testing skills using voltmeters and circuit testers
Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with high attention to detail
Professional demeanor and ability to work independently or with a team
Effective time management and ability to stay focused
Computer literacy including work‑order systems, BAS, email and Microsoft programs
Verifiable HVAC experience (preferred)
Forklift and scissor lift certification (preferred)
Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift 50lbs, climb a ladder, stand for long periods of time, and walk long distances.
This position requires work inside and outside of the building and some exposure to adverse conditions
The ability to pass a background screening
The ability to attain and maintain SafeSport certification
Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License
High school diploma or GED; technical trade education also accepted
