Summer Activity Camp: Soccer Instructor (Ballard CC)
Associated Recreation Council (ARC), in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, is seeking a qualified Soccer Camp Instructor to lead youth futsal (indoor soccer) camps at Ballard.
Instructors will work with participants to enhance their skills on the field while emphasizing teamwork, skill development, and scrimmaging.
Hourly Wage: $25.00–$26.00Status: Part-time, Seasonal
Location – Ballard Community Center

Monday – Friday | 8:45am-4:15pm
Summer Activity Camp: Soccer Instructor Responsibilities:

Instruct participants in fundamental soccer skills

Lead drills, skill-building activities, and scrimmages

Supervise participants and maintain a positive and inclusive camp environment

Set up and break down equipment and activity areas

Communicate effectively with ARC staff and site supervisors

Follow ARC and Seattle Parks and Recreation policies and procedures
Summer Activity Camp: Soccer Instructor Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Experience coaching or instructing soccer, or similar youth sports programs

Experience working with children in a recreational or camp setting

Ability to manage groups in a positive and supportive manner
