Team Administrator
Phoenix Rising Football Club (PRFC)
Phoenix Rising FC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as Team Administrator. This role is critical to the day-to-day operations of the club, supporting players, coaches, and technical staff while ensuring seamless coordination across all soccer operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
  •  Coordinate all aspects of team travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries 
  •  Serve as a primary point of contact for player and staff needs, ensuring a high level of support and responsiveness 
  •  Manage player contract submissions and registrations with the USL and U.S. Soccer 
  •  Coordinate daily team meals and catering at the training facility 
  •  Support the Equipment Manager with inventory management of team apparel and equipment 
  •  Collaborate with the Director of Operations on facility logistics and scheduling 
  •  Oversee and distribute team communications, including training schedules, travel details, and team updates 
  •  Supervise and manage soccer operations interns, including scheduling and task delegation 
  •  Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation across all team operations 
  •  Assist with additional soccer operations initiatives and responsibilities as needed 
Desired Qualifications
  •  Prior experience working in professional soccer or a high-level sports environment preferred 
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  •  Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses 
  •  High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information 
  •  Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus 
  •  Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong team-first mentality 
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, as well as vacation and sick leave.
